Three lines that solve the same problem at three different points
Paid media brings demand. The page and the tracking turn a click into data you can trust. The system makes sure the lead is answered. Sold together or one at a time, in the order they hurt.
Most accounts I take over were not underperforming because of the market. They were underperforming because of how they were built.
I look at the structure before the call. You leave with the three fixes I would make first, in order, and you can execute them with anyone.
The account built in full on day one
This is not strategy, it is execution work. It is written out so you can check your own account today, with me or without me.
- 01Negative keywords before the first click
A negative list on day zero and a search-terms review in week one. Without them you pay to discover what was already predictable.
- 02Ad groups split by theme, with ads on the same theme
If one group holds five subjects, no ad can be specific, and quality score charges you for it.
- 03Every extension filled, three responsive ads per group
Maximum headlines and descriptions, sitelinks, callouts, structured snippets. It is free screen space most accounts leave empty.
- 04Keyword insertion and ad customisers
The headline writes itself with the term the person typed. It is the cheapest CTR lift available.
- 05UTMs everywhere, with a written convention
One naming standard, decided up front and identical across platforms. Without it, no report still makes sense six months later.
- 06Planning against real search volume
AI chats have no access to Google's search volume history, so they suggest keywords by guesswork. The plan gets approved, reaches Google Ads, and half the terms come back as low volume. I plan with the data in hand.
The platform says 40 conversions. The CRM shows 12.
Until they agree, every optimisation runs on data that does not exist, and the algorithm learns from the wrong signal, which is worse than not learning.
A site, whenYou need to be found in search, explain more than one product, show who you are and support several paths to contact. That work includes content structure and the words your audience actually types.
A landing page, whenThere is a live campaign and one decision to make. No menu, no side exits, the ad's promise repeated in the first line, and the objection answered at the point it appears.
- 01Pixel and Conversions API, both
The pixel alone loses events to blockers and browsers. The API sends server-side and recovers what the browser swallowed.
- 02Events named by convention, not improvised
A document with every event name, where it fires and what it means for your business. It is what keeps the reporting readable when someone else takes over.
- 03Chat conversations attributed to the ad
Click-to-WhatsApp tracking that links the conversation to the ad that produced it. Without it, message campaigns are optimised blind.
- 04Reconciliation against the CRM
I compare what the platform reported with what the CRM received, over the same window, and explain every gap. That report is what turns a decision back into a decision.
I do not promise perfect measurement. I promise measurement you can audit.
The process that only works while you are watching
Every business has one: the spreadsheet somebody has to remember to update, the proposal copied from the last client's, the Saturday lead that waits until Monday, the report assembled by hand on the morning of the meeting.
You describe it, I map it
A 30-minute call, voice notes are fine. I come back with the process mapped in stages, showing who decides what.
The map is yours even if you stop here.We pick the first piece
Whatever costs the most time today, or leaves the most money on the table. Fixed scope, written deadline.
No open-ended projects.I ship it in your account
Your credentials, your environment, with human approval at every point where the decision is yours.
You can switch it off without calling me.I maintain, you choose what is next
I read the logs, fix what breaks and show what is worth automating next.
Or we stop here, and that is fine.144 automations built, 100 running today. That is a volume number, not a result: what each system produces depends on the process of the people running it.
Scope, timing and what I need from you
You receiveA written account plan with campaign structure and day-zero budget split, the campaigns live, a documented measurement plan, the reconciliation report, and a weekly note on what changed and what I am touching next.
Not includedVideo production, creative design from scratch, and rewriting your offer. I write creative briefs and work with what your team produces.
TimingAccount read: up to 3 business days. New structure live: 1 to 2 weeks. A landing page with full measurement: 1 to 2 weeks. A site, and a first automation: scoped and dated together.
I need from youAdmin access to the ad account, read access to the CRM, the number you consider profit per sale, and one person who answers leads. Without the last one, paid media will not fix this.
PriceIt comes in the proposal, within 2 business days of the call, with fixed scope. I do not work on a percentage of ad spend, because that would pay me to spend more, and not by the hour, because that would pay me to be slow.
When I say noUnvalidated offer, nobody to answer the leads, or an expectation of return in month one. In those three cases I decline on the call.
Tell me what you spend and where you feel the loss
With those two facts I can already tell you whether the problem is the campaign build, the page that receives the click, or the follow-up after it. The three have different costs and different timelines.
No account access at this stage. I work with what you tell me and what is public.
